Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid brought together community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark dialogue, diversity and mutual respect. The dialogue included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how education can help build more inclusive communities.

In the discussion, participants addressed themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity.
